In 1992 Tom George attended his 1st Brown County Home Builders (BCHBA) meeting. One month later he attended his 1st Multi-family meeting (MFA). Since then he has served on the Multi-Family Board of Directors for 14 years (2 years as President), the Brown County Home Builders Board of Directors for 6 years, and Chairman of the Membership Committee for one year.

He has received the following awards:
1995 Multi-Family Associate of the Year.
1997 Leap Award.
2001 BCHBA Associate of the Year and many awards due to membership recruitment.

Tom says getting involved is fun and has made a lot of friends in the process. Tom also credits the BCHBA & MFA for helping him build his business. 50% of Tom’s sales are Home Builder and Multi-Family Developers. Tom says it doesn’t happen overnight. You must get involved. Give it time, pay your dues and the benefits will be rewarding.
